Meredith E. Milton

Biography

Admitted to the State Bar of Texas, 2023

United States District Court – Northern District of Texas, January 2024

Ms. Milton’s practice is focused on construction and business litigation, in addition to transactional work for both practice areas. As an avid and multiple world champion equestrian, Ms. Milton also takes on equine related matters.

Ms. Milton graduated as a NCAA Division I athlete from the University of South Carolina with honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on American law and politics. As the fourth attorney in her family, Ms. Milton has always known this career was the right path for her. She earned her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law where she served as captain of the renowned National Championship Moot Court Team, and was inducted into the Order of the Barrister, a highly selective legal advocacy society. Ms. Milton was also awarded the State Bar of Texas Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy.

During college Ms. Milton worked on a presidential campaign and interned in Washington D.C. for a member of the United States House, a Member of the United States Senate, and the United States Senate Judiciary Committee. Ms. Milton also spent a summer in Austin, Texas, working in the Governor’s office.
