Biography

Admitted to the State Bar of Texas, 2014

United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Southern District of Texas, and Eastern District of Texas

Ms. Couch concentrates her law practice in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation, construction, real estate litigation, business torts, civil appeals, contract representation and negotiation, premises liability and debt collection. She also represents clients in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. Ms. Couch has successfully represented clients in numerous jury and bench trials, and has argued a wide array of motions at hearings in court.

Prior to joining Canterbury PC, DaNae worked as an associate attorney at Killen & Dennis, PC in Burleson, Texas and Lovelace Killen, PLLC in Fort Worth, Texas.

Ms. Couch graduated from Baylor University’s Honors College with distinction, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English and minor in Public Relations. She earned her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. During law school, she was inducted into the Order of the Barrister, a highly selective legal advocacy society. Ms. Couch interned for both the Texas Supreme Court and U.S. Attorney’s Office, and served as Miss Texas 2012.
